MEET BEN & JAMIE
Ben Roane has spent more than a decade in property acquisition, starting with a single family home and building from there. He's worked every role in the business — showings, leasing, renovations, the 2 a.m. phone calls — and he's a licensed general contractor. When something breaks at your property, the person making the call knows what the repair should cost and how it should be done.
Jamie Kelly has spent over 10 years running property management operations for multiple companies. Her specialty is keeping properties above 90% occupancy and resolving delinquency before it becomes a loss. At RCPM she leads day-to-day operations, so owners get big-company discipline with a local, personal touch.
Between them: one builds and protects the asset, the other keeps it performing. That's the whole business, covered in-house.
